🔁 Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made on www.sreedhatri.com may be cancelled and refunded.
1. Booking Cancellations by Customer

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to check-in date: 90% refund (after deducting processing fees).

Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
2. Booking Cancellations by Sree Dhatri
In rare cases of overbooking, maintenance, or unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with full refund or alternative arrangements, as per customer preference.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

In case of UPI or bank transfer, customer must provide valid account details.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
5. Early Departure
Early departure does not warrant a refund for the remaining nights unless specified in writing during booking.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. Refunds in such cases are at our sole discretion.
